Method 1: Stay Motivated
Lessons and practice are essential to master a language, but if you learn about your hobbies and fields of interest in your work, it will be easier to maintain your motivation, and your learning will be even more effective. At H&A Consulting, we spend a considerable amount of time for preparing each lesson such as selecting teaching materials based on the student's interests, like politics, science and technology, economics, music and so on.
Method 2: Overcoming Weaknesses
At H&A Consulting, we take the same approach as a medical interview to find out what level the student is, in what aspects they feel obstacles/walls, under what circumstances the obstacles will occur, and what the obstacles are. A higher learning effect can be achieved by creating individual learning programs.
Method 3: Establish knowledge
We will point out the student's weaknesses in each lesson, and after the lesson, we will provide feedback on each lesson, including points for improvement. In addition, by giving assignments, we will provide an environment that you can work on your own step-up for the next lesson.
In the treatment of illness, the doctor's role in discerning the appropriate treatment method, and the patient's efforts like taking the medicine, improving the lifestyle habits are combined to achieve the therapeutic effect.
Language skill is not improved just by the tutors, but appropriate instructions as providing class feedback and assignments are really important to let students work hard and necessary to overcome weaknesses. This kind of interaction will deepen your knowledge and improve your language skills.
While I was on the road to dentistry in Brazil, I was thoroughly hammered into importance of inquiry. In the medical world, when a doctor interacts with a patient, the first thing they ask is how the patient feels, what they are suffering from, and under what circumstances they are suffering. In order to understand the feelings of the patients and the cause of the problems, doctors inquire many questions. Through the interview they can find out the optimal treatment method to resolve the problem. Doctor's interviews to patients are very important.
Depending on the student's level, purpose and goals, we will provide the optimum learning method and give assignments. Hence, H&A Consulting put a high premium on the interview at first. Following the interview, the student will improve their language skills by interacting with instructors. The interacting period with instructors, however, is so limited only in the lesson. Therefore students have to study a language by themselves. But student is not alone. Students and instructors move forward together by feedback and giving assignments. That is the custom-made private lesson that H&A Consulting is providing.
