About the event

I will participate as a lecturer in an event hosted by Ike Brooklyn, a cooking class that connects with the world, together with my business partner, Akiko Ishizu (Cooking Researcher/National Dietitian/Representative of Japan-Brazil Cuisine Executive Committee). From the stars, I will explain the food culture of Brazil.

  • Quibe (millet) ground wheat meatballs

  • Caipirinha, a cocktail made from sugar cane liquor and lime

★Schedule for the day (tentative) 

  • 12:30 Reception starts 
  • 13:00 Greetings 
  • 13:30 Cooking practice 
  • 15:00 Finish cooking  
  • 15:20 Tasting start
  • 15:30 Explanation of Brazilian food culture  
  • 16:00 Start cleaning up  
  • 16:30 End (If the weather is fine, I would like to have a social gathering with alcohol and snacks at a nearby park after the end.)
