About the event
I will participate as a lecturer in an event hosted by Ike Brooklyn, a cooking class that connects with the world, together with my business partner, Akiko Ishizu (Cooking Researcher/National Dietitian/Representative of Japan-Brazil Cuisine Executive Committee). From the stars, I will explain the food culture of Brazil.
